Passionfruit jam



Ingredients:
  • 1 kg passionfruit
  • juice 2 lemons
  • 1 kg sugar
Method:
  1. Cut the fruit, scoop out the pulp and place in a preserving pan.
  2.  Add the lemon juice and then sugar.
  3. Heat gently, stirring until the sugar has dissolved.
  4. Bring to the boil and continuously boil until a little jam will set on a cold saucer.
  5. Pour into hot sterilised jars and seal.
