Passionfruit whipped cream


Passionfruit whipped cream is delicious with meringues or spread on a pavlova. Makes approximately 400 ml. 

Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon castor sugar
  • 250 ml cream
  • 3 passionfruit
Method:
  1. Combine the sugar and cream in a bowl, whip until stiff.
  2. Cut the passionfruit, scoop out the pulp and fold into the cream.
  3. Cover and chill until needed.
  4. Serve with fresh or stewed fruits, as a filling for sponges or combined with passionfruit jam or hot scones.
